杨思泽教授,郑州大学客座教授,厦门大学讲座教授,中科院物理所退休研究员,博士生导师。福建省等离子体与磁共振研究重点实验室主任、名誉主任。亚非等离子体研究会副主席。享受国务院特殊津贴。

研究方向

等离子体物理与应用研究

获得的成果

成功地将等离子体核聚变领域的一些原理和机制用于材料表面改性领域,研制开发出许多具有自主知识产权的装置和技术。首次利用高能量密度等离子体束(PHEDP)法制备出类金刚石、氮化钛、立方氮化硼等薄膜,在陶瓷表面金属化方面做过许多开创性的工作。首次将等离子体源离子注入(PSII)技术应用与材料内表面改性处理,并对其特性进行了系统地实验研究。将等离子体技术应用到生物医学,农业,环保,能源,材料表面改性等方面,取得较好结果。在国际著名学术刊物(SCI)上发表论文200余篇,获国家专利16项,获中核总科技进步三等奖、2009年中国建研院科技三等奖、2011年教育部科技进步一等奖,国际会议邀请报告14次。
